washing machine and tumble dryer. Double garage with electrically operated doors.

The beach, with white sands and views of Table Mountain, is only 5 minutes walk away.
Cape Breeze is only 25 minutes from Cape Town, 45 minutes from Cape Town International airport and close to most Western
Cape attractions. Atlantic Beach is fully secure with controlled access.
